ORDERING PROCESS

When you are ready to order you must pay an advance and you will receive the advance invoice by email.
PRICE
The ARIA frame costs 3600 euros.
If you like the project and you will move on to the order, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the price or as agreed.
Than we will proceed to the construction of the frame.
The balance of the payment will take place upon delivery of the frame.
The price includes:
- Paint job in a color of your choice, or a chrome finish
- Derailleur hanger, 29″ or 27.5″ of your choice
- Rear axle
- Seat collar
- Headset
- Shock absorber bushes
- Frame warranty valid for 2 years.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Shipping and custom fees. Please check with your country’s customs regulations.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery date is approximately 2-3months from receiving the deposit. You will be notified of any delays. The manufacturing time depends on the number of orders in the queue. Except for unforeseen events attributable to the availability of the supplier.
PAYMENT
Through regular bank transfer in the EURO currency.
WARRANTY
The 2 years warranty covers all manufactured and welded parts of the frame, such as the front and reartriangles and the arm rockers.
Should the frame or any of its parts be defective, damaged or destroyed, i will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as i possibly can. If such a situation arises, please contact me by emailand we will discuss the details. The time frame for repair/replacement cannotbe determined in advance and may be as long as several months. The returnshipping to assess the claim and the associated fees are to be paid at thecustomer’s expense.
Should the defect be caused by improper use of materials, poor workmanship, poor technology or improper designon my part, the claim will be accepted. It is left to my discretion whether theclaim is accepted and whether it is resolved by repair or replacement. I will bear the cost of the claim.
In case the warranty claim is not accepted, it is possible to arrange a repair or replacement, the price beingthe subject of agreement.
The warranty is limited to the first owner only. Subsequent owners will be able to take advantage of the repair orreplacement service, but cannot claim the warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear due to normal, reasonable use of the frame.
- Failure caused by corrosion, external or internal, due to neglect or improper maintenance.
- Defects, damage or destruction resulting from mishandling, misuse, alteration, modification, removal of the original finish for the purpose of refurbishment, accident,neglect.
- Defects, damage ordestruction resulting from improper assembly, installation or maintenance.
- Defects, damage or destruction resulting from other abnormal, excessive or improper handling conditions
